Data Deletion

You can delete the data still.frame holds about you at any time.

Instagram connection

In still.frame, open Settings → Instagram → Disconnect. This immediately deletes the Instagram access token, account ID, username and the history of posts made from still.frame that we stored. You can also remove still.frame in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; Instagram notifies us and we delete the same data.

Videos already published to Instagram stay on Instagram — delete them there if you want them gone.

Your whole account

Email privacy@stillframecut.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete your account, uploads, tracks and videos within 30 days, except billing records we're required to keep.
